At Kingston Blinds, we understand that a great deal of thought and consideration goes into buying a new set of blinds, which is why we aim to provide our customers with all of the information they need prior to purchasing.

Do you offer any guarantees on your blinds and shutters?

Yes, there is a 2 year guarantee on all of our blinds and a 5 year guarantee on our shutters and awnings.

Do you offer home visits and a measuring service?

Yes, we offer a free home visit and measuring service to all of our customers. Following initial contact from the client, we will travel directly to their home with our fabric samples and product specifications. We will then provide the client with a quote for the blinds and a timescale for delivery and fitting. Only once the customer has accepted the quote will we place the order.

Can I request particular fabric samples before the home visit?

Once the type of blind has been agreed by the customer during our home visit, we will then take a look at the different samples of fabrics and styles available to them. If there is a specific sample you would like us to bring along, you can request this over the phone or by email prior to our visit.

Do you offer free, no obligation quotations?

Yes,​ once the customer has decided on the type and style of blind they want during the home visit, we will then provide them with a free, no obligation quote.

What are the delivery timescales for blinds, shutters, awnings and canopies?

When it comes to the delivery of your new blinds, it can take 10-14 days. Shutters take approximately 10-12 weeks to arrive, and awnings and canopies usually take 3-4 weeks but can be delivered within 2 weeks during the winter months.

Do you provide free fitting and installation for all products?

Yes, all of our items are measured and fitted for free.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can make your payment to our fitters by credit/debit card, cash, or cheque.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we take a 30% deposit for blinds and awnings and a 50% deposit for shutters.
